Mark Thorne-Thomsen was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and spent the majority of his childhood in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Because of his multicultural and bilingual background, Mark is able to better serve both his English and Spanish clients and the issues they face.
Mark graduated high school in the DFW area and attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate degree and Texas A&M School of Law for his law degree. He is now a practicing lawyer in Dallas and Fort Worth (DFW) area.
Mark's primary areas of legal practice are criminal defense and personal injury. Mark spent several years as a prosecutor at the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office. Mark's case load was larger than his peers as he was one of the only Spanish-speaking attorneys in the DA's office. He also worked as a civil litigator at the law firm of Harris, Finley & Bogle, P.C., where he practiced civil and criminal law.
As a criminal defense lawyer, Mark believes every client is entitled to top-tier representation. The prospect of criminal accusations or unjust bodily injury can be daunting and overwhelming. Mark, through his experiences, aims to help clients feel in control of the process by providing clarity and support.
Born and raised in DFW, Bailey returned to Fort Worth to attend Texas A&M University School of Law after attending Texas A&M for her undergraduate degree.
After graduating from law school, Bailey spent several years at the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s office where she prosecuted felony and misdemeanor offenses. She gained invaluable courtroom experience by trying numerous jury trials and handling other hearings before the court. She spent most of her time as a prosecutor handling only domestic violence cases and now uses that experience to zealously defend her clients accused of similar offenses.
Bailey then left the District Attorney’s office to embrace a new challenge. She joined a nationally recognized civil firm, where she dove into civil litigation. Working with the firm's seasoned attorneys, Bailey represented major corporations and individuals in intricate civil matters, including contract disputes, employment discrimination cases, and class-action lawsuits. This experience broadened her legal acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, making her a formidable advocate inside and outside the courtroom.
Bailey is now a founding partner and attorney at MTT Law. Her unique blend of experiences as a former prosecutor and a seasoned civil litigator gives her clients and advantage in-and-outside the courtroom.
